Our memberships work just like a gym membership or monthly phone contract. A simple monthly direct debit via GoCardless is taken from your account, and each month you book in your included treatment(s) and enjoy all member-only benefits and discounts. There are no joining fees.
Yes — all memberships have a 6-month minimum join period. This is to ensure enough time to experience the full benefits of consistent treatment. After 6 months, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time via email request.
If you're away or unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, your session may be carried over to the following month. However, repeated missed appointments may result in the loss of that session. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
No — memberships are personal and cannot be transferred. All treatments and benefits can only be used by the person signed up to the membership. However, your 5% friends and family discount can be passed on to anyone you refer.
After your 6-month minimum period, you can cancel at any time by emailing us. All benefits end immediately upon cancellation. If you cancel before the minimum period is complete, you will be liable for the remaining months. Your GoCardless direct debit must also be cancelled separately.

You can also book a £15 consultation specific to your area of interest (Skin, Health, Float, etc.) before committing.

Benefits include: 10% discount on additional treatments; 5% friends & family discount (excludes product purchases, referral name must be provided); 20% off products in-store; £10 gift voucher for 60+ minute treatments; birthday treatment worth up to £40 (valid during birthday month); loyalty treatment worth up to £50 (after 6 consecutive months); gift set after 12 consecutive months. Benefits cannot be transferred. Unused sessions may carry over for genuine absence; repeated missed appointments result in session loss. GoCardless direct debit taken monthly until cancelled. Early cancellation incurs remaining minimum-period charges. Booking availability is not prioritised for members — advance booking strongly recommended.
